Ismail Aminullahi Olamide: Driving Innovation and Impact Across Africa

Ismail Aminullahi Olamide is the founder and CEO of Octalve, a company he initially established as Bi Creativity in 2019. In his role, he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and product development for Octalve. In April 2025, Bi Creativity underwent a rebranding to Octalve, a move that better reflects its diverse models and products across its suite of applications, as well as its enhanced focus on business development consulting and software development. Octalve is pioneering a shift from traditional strategies to immersive experiences, including AI-driven brand growth, to help build the next evolution in business technology.

Pioneering Social Impact with Youth Impact Center, Africa

Olamide is also the co-founder of the Youth Impact Center, Africa (YIC, Africa), alongside Abeedah Alabi and Nuratullahi Akumajud. They founded YIC, Africa in 2021 with the mission to tackle some of society’s most pressing challenges, from improving digital literacy education and addressing climate change to bridging the leadership gap in Africa. Through collaboration, resource provision, and technological innovation, YIC, Africa strives to build a more inclusive, just, and healthy future for everyone, particularly within Africa.

Background and Leadership Philosophy

Born in Osun State, Nigeria, Olamide studied Applied Geophysics at The Federal University of Technology, Akure, and currently resides in Abuja. His leadership brand statement, “Sincere Optimism, Sophisticated Innovation,” encapsulates his vision of building an ecosystem that connects people, propels business growth, and ignites innovation.
